Rule 1: Auto-assign by Skill Match
When a new work order is created with a service type, it will automatically assign to the only active technician whose skills match all requirements (if fewer than max daily WOs open).
Rule 2: Priority Escalation Timer
High-priority work orders remaining unassigned will be flagged in red with a pulsing indicator and a banner alert when they exceed the threshold.
Rule 3: Rental-Return Reminder
Rental assets approaching their return date will be highlighted in the asset summary and in a dedicated "Returns Due Soon" list.
Automatically flag PM schedules if their required parts go below reorder threshold.
